Payments and Production Turnaround:
All Active Royale products are made in our workshop in Miami, FL, USA.
Production times for custom dancewear vary depending on the overall order volume we receive. Customized items are defined as any item that deviates from the “As Pictured” designs in any way, shape, or form. During busy periods we advice you to order early if you need your item(s) to be delivered by certain dates or to choose the “Express Production” option.
Normal production times for our custom dancewear ranges from 4-6 weeks.
We may extend that to up to 12 weeks during high demand periods.
Express Production is shipped within 1 week from the time the order is placed. However, we reserve the right to extend the Express Production time to up to 1 week depending on the order volume on our production schedule. Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed for production and cannot longer be changed.
“As Pictured” items ship within 2 weeks after we receive you order. “As Pictured” items are not pre-made but they are pre-cut, which is why
production times are shorter than customized items.
Payments are required in full. Because production and shipping for custom dancewear can potentially take up to 12 weeks, we do not offer refunds prior to that time expiring. After 12 weeks without shipping your custom order, you are entitled to a refund. At the 12 weeks mark we will update you
on the approximate new shipping date and you can decide whether you’d like a refund or continue with the new approximate delivery date.
Refunds for “As pictured” items are only available within 3 days after placing your order, or after 4 weeks after placing your order if it hasn’t been shipped.
Refunds for customized items are only available 12 weeks after placing your custom order if it hasn’t been shipped.
Refunds for Express Production orders are only available 2 weeks after placing your order if it hasn’t been shipped.
Active Royale ships worldwide using either the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or First Class Mail services.
Pricing is variable depending on order weight, the recipient’s location and speed of postal service selected. All orders are shipped from Miami, FL, USA.
If you have an address change after placing an order, notify us as soon as possible. Upon leaving our workshop, the destination address cannot be
changed. If your package is returned because it was unclaimed or the shipping address provided by you was incorrect, you will be notified. We will not resend the order until additional postage is paid.
Active Royale is NOT responsible for delayed, lost, damaged, nor stolen packages. Once the package has been picked up by the USPS, the customer is solely responsible for any missing mail claims.
Your package may not have a tracking number unless the Priority Mail option is chosen.
Shipping time is different from production time. Delivery times will vary by destination and the chosen shipping service.
International customers are responsible for taxes, duties, tariffs, and any extra costs related to the package entering the destination country.
Active Royale is not responsible for remaking any orders that get lost during shipping.
Free shipping is available on orders over USD 200. This offer is only available in the contiguous USA.
Active Royale exercises a no return/exchange policy. In the unlikely event there is a production fault with your item, we will accept an exchange if:
- It’s been no longer than 15 days since delivery of the item.
- It’s in the original packaging.
- It has all tags still attached.
- It’s in new condition. Unwashed, unworn, and inodorous.
Items that do not comply with the list above will be returned to the customer at their own expense or tossed out.
Before sending the item back you must:
- Email an image and explanation of the production fault found in your item to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
- Wait for confirmation from Active Royale to ship the item back to us.
No reimbursement will be issued for shipping costs to return the item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item -if all requirements are met- it will be repaired or made new. We will then ship it out to you free of charge.
Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed for production. There are no cancellations and/or alterations after confirmation of order.
Orders of discounted items cannot be exchanged.
Wrong sizing is not considered a production fault. Please make sure you choose the correct size for your item. To check your size see our sizing
To avoid guessing when ordering customized items, Active Royale created 3D models and an interface to help you customize our entire line. The 3D Interface allows you to rotate the selected piece so you have a 360º view of your item. It also instantly updates when changing fabrics and colors. The Mesh-Over-Fabric option is also available for viewing with the 3D Interface.
Due to discrepancies in screen resolution and settings, colors may appear different than what they actually are. Even though the 3D interface is highly accurate, the final product may vary in fabric color, pattern size and placement. If an item does not have a 3D model it may be a new product or the 3D Interface may be going maintenance to reflect changes to said design.
We use a high quality nylon and spandex blend for our fabrics and a high quality polyester and spandex blend for our mesh. We also have an array
of solid color fabric, pattern fabric, solid color mesh, and pattern mesh.
When mixing light and dark colors bleeding may occur. We cannot guarantee the fabrics will not discolor over time. Active Royale is not responsible for color bleeding and discoloring. Please follow the care instructions that come with you items. These are:
- Use cold water.
- Hand wash with like colors.
- Line dry with darker colors towards the ground or lay flat.
Do not wear for long periods of time especially when sweating profusely and/or during high temperatures as it may produce discoloration and/or
Colors may not match with previous orders due to dye lot variations. If you have a group order please place it all at once to avoid color variations in the fabrics.
As we are not able to verify that washing instructions were followed properly, Active Royale is not responsible and will not issue refunds/exchanges for damage to items caused during washing, for color bleeding, discoloration, nor wear and tare. No refunds will be issued for colors not matching from previous orders either.
We offer full front mesh liner for maximum coverage and freshness on all female items except for the Hoodlili DUO. This is done free of charge.
Active Royale offers bundle pricing all year round. Bundle pricing is done by category such as Dancewear, Activewear, and Men’s collection. There is
no cross-category bundle pricing. With bundle pricing you can get get up to 10% off. Discounts are as follows; order 2 items within a category and get 5% off, 3 items and you get 7% off, and 4 or more pieces gets you 10% off your order for that category.
Our Royale Queen program offers discounts for groups orders through our brand representatives in dance companies, schools, academies, and/or gyms. If you’d like to get up to 15% off and free shipping on your group order check with your rep. If your organization does not yet have a Royale Queen/King and you’d like to become one, please email us in our contact form and write “Royale Queen/King” on the subject line.
Active Royale offers gift cards. These do not expire and can be used multiple times until the amount in the gift card is fully expended.
