Why do I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my customized piece to ship?

At a minimum, each customizable item has 2211 possible designs. That number goes up to 227,920 possible designs when you choose a more complex model. This means, your item will most likely be one of a kind or very close to it. Mass production is therefore impossible. In addition, we do not hurry through any of the steps or quality checks during the manufacturing process to ensure only the best quality pieces leave our workshop.

How long do I have to wait for my “As Pictured” piece to ship?

“As Pictured” items usually ship within 2 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed. This is because while they are pre-cut, they are not pre-made. Therefore, even the “As Pictured” pieces as made to order.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on speed of service selected (Priority Mail or First Class Mail) and final destination. All packages are shipped from our Miami, Florida, USA workshop. If you choose our Priority Mail service, a tracking number will be provided. With this tracking number you are able to see your order’s estimated date of arrival.

Do you ship where I live?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

Why do you have a no refund policy?

For customized items we exercise a no refund policy because each item is unique. While you may love how you customized your item, it will likely not be the case for other customers. For “As Pictured” items we offer refunds until the third day after your order is placed or after two weeks (without shipping your order) from us receiving your order. This is because we may “build” the item as early as the third day after you ordered but we might not finalize it until it’s almost ready to ship. It all has to do with the order volume we receive and our manufacturing schedule so we are able to make items in the most efficient and high quality way. For orders with the Express option selected, we cannot offer refunds as we might start building the item the very same day the order is received. It can take up to a week to finalize the item depending on the order volume on our end.
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault with your item we will either repair or exchange it. This must be done within a 15-day grace period after receiving your order. The exchange guidelines stated in our Terms And Conditions must also be followed.

How can I make sure I am ordering the correct size?

We recommend you check our sizing chart here to make sure you order your pieces in the correct size. Items cannot be refunded or returned because of wrong sizing.

How do I take care of my item?

Wash with cold water and mild detergent. If possible right after use. Line dry with darker colors towards the ground or lay flat. Avoid wearing for long periods of times when sweating profusely in high heat.

Are prices in USD?

Yes. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal payments.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! With our Bundle Pricing we offer up to 10% off per category (dancewear, activewear, men’s collection). This is available all year round.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! However, there must be a minimum purchase of $200 and this offer is only available for customers living in the contiguous USA.

Do you have a representative/group-order program?

Yes! Our Royale Queen/King program allows you to purchase any piece in our collection for a 15-20% off and get free shipping*. If you do not have a Royale Queen/King in your company/studio you can apply to become one here. Don’t forget to write “Royale Queen/King” in the subject line.

Do you have an Ambassador Program?

Yes! You can apply to become one here. Don’t forget to write “Ambassador Program” in he subject line. There are certain requirements to become an ambassador which will be discussed with you.
